The purpose is artistic expression. The color of the bag is purple because the color purple stands for creativity and mystery and is rarely found in nature. One of the elements I used to create this was color. I used cool colors which are blue and purple. Another element I used was shape. The bag on the guys head is a rectangle, which is a geometric shape. Another element I used is line. The lines of the floor create depth. The first principle I used was proportion. One of the cut out eyes on the bag is bigger than the other. Another principle I used was emphasis. The bag is purple and stands from everything else that is blue. The last principle I used was balance. It is asymmetrical. The lines of the hands and tie I made curved and is different from the other hand.
